Call for Papers


You already uploaded your  paper. This 6-page-paper will be reviewed by members of the scientific committee up to the beginning of March 2020. As soon as you receive the review of your submitted abstract, you are invited to upload your final paper in ConfTOOL.


You already received the review of your submitted abstract. Following you are invited to upload your final paper for the high quality proceedings. Please change the remarks and upload your final paper in our conference management software ConfTOOL. In case of major revisions please rework your paper carefully. Otherwise we are unable to consider your paper for publishing in our proceedings.

Until March 15th 2020 the revised FINAL version of this 6-page-paper needs to be resubmitted.

Therefore, please upload your final text in consideration of the following rules:

1. upload of your text file (.doc, .docx)

2. upload of your pictures, tables etc. in one zip-file

3. Response to the Reviewer (.doc, .docx)

It is of high importance that you comply with the following rules:


Please adhere to the guidelines of the publishing company to simplify the process.

Please take in consideration:

  1. formatting of the paper (spacing etc.)

  2. paper with a length over 6 pages cannot take into account
  3. the main heading should be shorter than 130 signs
  4. please use brief headings for each chapter.

The templates of the paper can be downloaded on our website. In addition, you can see a paper example after formatting at the publisher just for your orientation. All guidelines regarding the headlines etc. are considered in the template.

From the experience of the publishing company, we request to upload your text in consideration of the following rules:


  1. upload of your text file (.doc, .docx) without figures and tables, but please mark them in the text that the publisher knows where to insert
  2. upload of your pictures in high quality that are documented in one zip-file. In addition, please upload your paper in pdf-format with included pictures to show the structure of your paper and your 6-page-limit and add it to the zip-file.
  3. upload your response to the reviewer (.doc, .docx);

Until March 15th 2020 the revised FINAL version of this 6-page-paper needs to be resubmitted. Based on the reviewer comments and ratings a decision about the way of presentation (oral presentation or poster) will be given later on. Anyhow, the 6-page-papers will be printed in the proceedings. The volumes of the proceedings will be published together with the Mitteldeutscher Verlag (Halle, Germany). An example for a final paper version is given in Paper example (pdf).

The authors are listed on top of the paper, which have an abstract and a reference list at the end of each paper. The main text is a double column format, where the final printed page size is A4. The volume will be published in color. The maximum length of each contribution is 6 pages in total, which includes figures, tables, references etc. To ensure a rapid processing and uniform format of the papers, please use the word template and the word template for figure and table caption. A detailed instruction for the paper template will help to improve the usage of those templates

To manage everything in time we will have to be very strict, therefore please follow the instructions and the deadlines.

The review procedure and the handling will be very time consuming. We highly appreciate your help with this. All papers not meeting the submission deadline, and which have not followed the author instructions, will be not published in the volume of the proceedings.
